By sending a text, requesting a quote with a phone number, or asking Pure Grate to follow up by phone/text, you authorize practical service-related communication at the number provided. Message frequency depends on the request, scheduling needs, and follow-up questions. Message and data rates may apply.

• Text STOP or clearly ask Pure Grate to stop texting if you no longer want text communication.
• Text HELP or call/email Pure Grate if you need assistance.
• Pure Grate does not use text consent as permission to send unrelated third-party marketing.

Email follow-up

Pure Grate may send quote confirmations, service questions, scheduling details, career acknowledgments, and customer-care follow-ups by email. Email delivery may depend on third-party providers, spam filters, and correct contact information.

Response times and urgent issues

Pure Grate tries to respond promptly, but response times vary by route schedule, season, weather, workload, and service complexity. Website forms, texts, emails, and voicemails should not be used for emergencies. If you smell gas, suspect a leak, or face an immediate safety issue, stop using the grill and contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Accuracy and shared devices

Customers and applicants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and using a phone or email account they are authorized to access. If contact information changes, notify Pure Grate so scheduling, quotes, or career follow-up can be handled correctly.
