Service Agreement
Pure Grate’s work is built around the actual grill, patio, condition, and access. This page sets clear expectations before a mobile service visit is scheduled.
Purpose of this agreement
This Service Agreement explains how Pure Grate approaches mobile grill cleaning, restoration, smoker care, outdoor kitchen cleaning, visible inspection, winterization, maintenance plans, and related outdoor appliance care after a customer requests service. It is written to set expectations before scheduling.
Estimate and scope confirmation
A quote or estimate is based on information available before service, including photos, grill type, burner count, condition notes, city, access, and preferred service. Scope may change if the grill condition, access, size, parts, built-in construction, pest residue, corrosion, or safety concerns are different from the information provided.
What service may include
Depending on the confirmed scope, service may include grates, warming racks, cook box, lid interior, grease tray, grease channels, accessible burner-area cleaning, heat plates, exterior stainless cleaning, smoker ash areas, pellet grill fire-pot areas, visible inspection points, outdoor kitchen adjacent surfaces, winterization support, and practical part guidance.
What service does not include unless confirmed
Service does not automatically include licensed gas work, electrical repair, plumbing, full appliance disassembly, inaccessible built-in components, permanent stain removal, repainting, welding, countertop repair, masonry work, manufacturer warranty service, or replacement parts unless separately quoted and confirmed.
Access and property care
Customers should provide safe access to the grill or outdoor kitchen, working water or power only if specifically requested, clear work area, permission for the technician to access the service zone, and disclosure of fragile surfaces, known defects, pests, wildlife, or hazards. Pure Grate uses a property-conscious process but cannot be responsible for undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
Condition limits
Some grills cannot be restored to a like-new appearance because of rust, corrosion, heat discoloration, pitting, peeling coatings, broken parts, previous chemical damage, compromised components, or age. Pure Grate will communicate visible limitations when they affect expectations.
Completion and follow-up
At completion, Pure Grate may provide observations about visible condition, replacement considerations, maintenance timing, or seasonal care. Follow-up questions can be sent by call, text, or email. Additional visits, parts, or repair work are quoted separately.
