These terms explain how Pure Grate handles outdoor living product pages, supplier availability, compatibility, shipping, warranties, and checkout expectations.
Product information
Product pages may describe outdoor living items, grill accessories, replacement parts, islands, or related products sourced through suppliers or resale channels. Product descriptions, availability, colors, dimensions, compatibility, prices, taxes, freight, and lead times should be confirmed before final checkout.
Manufacturer affiliation and warranties
Pure Grate is independent and does not claim manufacturer affiliation, sponsorship, dealership status, or warranty authorization unless expressly stated in writing. Manufacturer names may be used only to identify compatibility or customer intent. Manufacturer warranty terms are controlled by the manufacturer or supplier.
Fit, installation, and site conditions
Customers are responsible for confirming that any product fits the intended grill, cooker, patio, deck, access path, utility location, and local requirements. Product purchase does not include installation, gas, electrical, masonry, carpentry, hauling, permits, or structural work unless separately quoted.
Checkout and order confirmation
Pure Grate may use Stripe Checkout, invoices, deposits, or payment links for approved product orders. A product-interest submission is not a completed order. Large products should be confirmed for availability, shipping, taxes, delivery terms, returns, and warranty handling before payment is accepted.
