This page sets expectations for service deposits, Stripe payments, quote balances, special-order parts, outdoor living products, returns, and refund review.

Service deposits

Service deposits and reservations may be applied toward approved Pure Grate service when scope and scheduling are confirmed. Refundability depends on timing, route planning, cancellation notice, payment processor fees, work already performed, and whether special materials, parts, or product commitments have been made.

Quote payments and completed work

Completed services, approved quote balances, approved parts, custom work, special-order materials, and performed labor remain payable. If a service concern arises, customers should contact Pure Grate promptly so the concern can be reviewed practically.

Product returns

Outdoor living products, parts, accessories, and supplier-provided goods may be subject to manufacturer or supplier return rules, restocking fees, freight costs, damage-reporting deadlines, packaging requirements, and non-returnable special-order limitations. Product terms should be confirmed before checkout.

Payment processor fees

Stripe or other payment processor fees, bank processing timing, chargeback rules, and financing provider terms may affect refunds, cancellation processing, or payment disputes. Pure Grate does not control financing approval or provider-specific refund timing.
