This policy explains Pure Grate expectations for outdoor living product availability, freight, shipping, delivery coordination, and service add-ons.

Availability-first product sales

Pure Grate may display outdoor living products, grill accessories, parts, or related items before full online checkout is enabled. Some products require availability confirmation, supplier review, freight calculation, delivery access review, tax calculation, and customer approval before payment is accepted.

Shipping and freight

Large outdoor living products may require freight, curbside delivery, appointment delivery, local coordination, or supplier-specific handling. Shipping timing, cost, damage reporting, and delivery responsibilities vary by product and supplier. Pure Grate should confirm these details before final checkout for large items.

Local coordination

Pure Grate may coordinate product interest alongside grill cleaning, outdoor kitchen readiness, maintenance planning, or service recommendations. Product sale does not automatically include installation, assembly, gas work, electrical work, masonry, countertop modification, or hauling unless separately quoted in writing.

Delivery limitations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, safe access, and timely inspection of delivered products. Large products may not be deliverable to every address, patio, driveway, deck, or property condition.
