Photo & Media Policy
Photos are central to accurate grill quotes and proof-focused service. This policy explains how Pure Grate handles customer-uploaded images, service documentation, and before-and-after examples.
Customer-submitted photos
Customers may submit grill, smoker, outdoor kitchen, access, or patio photos so Pure Grate can understand equipment type, buildup, visible condition, burner count, built-in construction, and service scope. Customers should avoid submitting unrelated personal documents, payment cards, private family images, or sensitive information in photos.
Service documentation
Pure Grate may document before, during, and after conditions for quote review, service notes, quality control, customer communication, training, and internal records. Photos can help explain what was cleaned, what remains due to rust or permanent damage, and what visible parts may need attention.
Public before-and-after examples
Before-and-after content used publicly should focus on the grill, outdoor appliance, or cooking area and avoid unnecessary identifying details. Pure Grate may crop, blur, anonymize, or avoid publishing images when privacy concerns are present. Customers may request reasonable privacy handling for their photos.
Permission and removal requests
If Pure Grate wants to feature a customer-identifiable project, permission should be requested when appropriate. If a customer believes a public image reveals personal or property information that should not be shown, the customer can contact Pure Grate for review and reasonable removal or adjustment.
Limitations
Photos are helpful but cannot guarantee a final quote, result, repair decision, or safety conclusion. Hidden corrosion, inaccessible parts, gas-line concerns, electrical issues, pest damage, cracked components, or installation problems may only become clear on-site or require a qualified specialist.
