Pure Grate provides cleaning, restoration, visible inspection, winterization guidance, maintenance planning, and limited parts guidance for outdoor cooking equipment. Pure Grate does not claim to provide licensed gas-line work, plumbing, electrical repair, appliance certification, structural repair, masonry repair, or emergency safety services.
Gas and electrical concerns
If you smell gas, suspect a leak, have a damaged hose or regulator, see unsafe flames, experience electrical issues, or believe the grill is installed incorrectly, stop using the appliance and contact the appropriate qualified professional. Cleaning should not be treated as a substitute for gas safety testing, licensed repair, or manufacturer-required service.
Manufacturer warranties and affiliations
Pure Grate is an independent service business and does not claim manufacturer authorization, certification, dealership status, or warranty repair status unless expressly stated in writing for a specific brand or circumstance. Customers should review their manufacturer warranty and manual before authorizing any cleaning, part replacement, or repair-related work.
Condition and restoration limits
Cleaning and restoration results vary. Rust, pitting, corrosion, heat staining, peeling coatings, broken welds, cracked parts, failed igniters, burner damage, pest damage, previous chemical damage, and neglected grease systems may limit results or require replacement parts. A cleaned grill may still have permanent cosmetic or functional issues.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate condition details, disclose known hazards, ensure safe access, secure pets, remove personal items, follow manufacturer instructions, and avoid using unsafe equipment. Pure Grate may decline or pause work when conditions appear unsafe, outside scope, or unsuitable for service.
